We're seeking a school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with pediatric, school-based, and/or Safety-Care training to support our district partners this school year and next! Work directly with students to implement behavior plans and create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Assist students in developing appropriate behaviors and skills
- Collect and record data on student progress and responses to interventions
- Monitor student progress and report findings to the supervising BCBA
- Provide one-on-one support during academic activities, social interactions, and behavioral interventions
- Assist in de-escalating situations and supporting students during behavioral crises
- Maintain a safe environment for students during all activities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work under BCBA supervision and follow ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred) in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Active state-level licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- A valid teaching license or certification in physical education
- Experience working in schools or with children is required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
