Compensation: $20.00–$25.00/hour

Position Overview
The ABA Clinician / Behavior Technician provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinical setting. This role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching essential skills, and reducing challenging behaviors while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Support
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Support behavior reduction strategies as outlined by clinical team
Session Preparation & Documentation
- Prepare for sessions by reviewing prior notes and treatment plans
- Collect and track behavioral data using approved systems
- Complete accurate session notes and documentation
- Record time and session activities in compliance with company standards
Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews
- Assist with parent training by modeling ABA strategies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families
Professional Conduct & Clinic Support
- Follow BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Support clinic operations, including team responsibilities and shared tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (psychology or related field preferred)
- RBT certification (required or must obtain prior to working independently)
- Experience with ABA or working with children with special needs (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Clinic-based setting with occasional local travel
- Active role requiring standing, sitting, bending, and lifting (typically 5–20 lbs, occasionally more)
