- BT: $22.00–$25.00/hour
- RBT: $24.00–$28.00/hour

Position Overview
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans, supporting skill development, and tracking client progress in a flexible, part-time environment.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Support
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social, and behavioral skill development
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
Session Documentation & Data Collection
- Collect and accurately record data on client progress
- Maintain detailed session notes and documentation
Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Participate in training and supervision as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Experience working with children or in ABA (preferred)
- RBT certification (a plus, but not required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks
