Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour + raises every 6 months

Position Overview
The Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivers one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinical setting, working closely with young children to support skill development and behavior change. This role involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with a clinical team, and contributing to meaningful client progress.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Support
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by BCBAs
- Support development of communication, social, motor, and daily living skills
- Lead both individual and group-based activities
- Assist with self-help skills, including toileting and daily routines
Session Documentation & Data Collection
- Accurately collect and record data on treatment goals
- Maintain detailed session notes and documentation
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with BCBAs and clinical team members
- Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
- Support parent guidance under BCBA supervision
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development
Clinic Support
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
- RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children
