Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday (4:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
Compensation: $22.00–$29.00/hour (+ $0.50/hour after RBT certification)

Position Overview
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and occasional center-based settings. This entry-level role includes paid training and support to obtain RBT certification, making it ideal for individuals passionate about working with children.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Support
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using play-based and structured activities
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Serve as a positive role model and reinforce progress
- Engage actively with children throughout sessions
Session Documentation & Data Collection
- Track and record client progress using company systems
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes
Collaboration & Family Support
- Work closely with BCBAs and clinical team members
- Support families by contributing to consistent care and progress
- Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children (paid or volunteer)
- No certification required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to pass background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children
- Patience, energy, and a positive attitude
