What You’ll Do:
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and community environments
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
Collaborate with families to support skill generalization and therapy goals
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience working with children or in behavioral therapy
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
Afternoon/evening availability for at least 2-4 days per week
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
RBT certification is a plus, but not required
