Deliver One-on-One ABA Services Implement evidence-based interventions that foster independence and positive behavior.
Data-Driven Progress Accurately record session data on electronic devices to shape treatment plans.
Collaborative Care Partner with families, providers, and your clinical team to maximize each child’s success.
Create Joyful Learning Environments Bring energy, patience, and creativity to every session—in homes or community settings.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Reliable Transportation You’ll travel to client homes and community sites.
Compassion & Patience A calm, caring presence in challenging situations.
Commitment Minimum 6-month engagement to ensure continuity of care.
Growth Mindset Eagerness to learn, adapt, and complete your Registered Behavior Technician certification.
