What You’ll Do:

Train and support staff in implementing behavior plans.

Collaborate on individualized care plans.

Perform regular checks to ensure behavior plan fidelity.

Lead skill-building and therapeutic activities.

Provide direct behavioral support.

Maintain accurate documentation.

What You Bring:

BCBA Certification (required).

College diploma.

Experience working with individuals with Autism (home-based preferred).
