🔎 About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Assistant (BA), you will:
- Provide in-home ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or behavioral challenges
- Work 1:1 with clients, helping them develop critical life, communication, and social skills
- Manage a caseload and collaborate closely with your supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable, and passionate about working with children and families
- Must live within 15 miles of Fairfax County, VA
