We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-person team. This role focuses on providing individualized ABA services, guiding a team of RBTs, and ensuring positive outcomes for the children and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities: Behavior Analysis Services:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Implement evidence-based ABA programs to help clients achieve developmental milestones.
- Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Team Collaboration:
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Ensure the clinical team implements programs with fidelity and maintains high standards of care.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills across settings.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ALS policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards.
- Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis to incorporate best practices into treatment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
