We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-person team. This role focuses on providing individualized ABA services, guiding a team of RBTs, and ensuring positive outcomes for the children and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities: Behavior Analysis Services:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Implement evidence-based ABA programs to help clients achieve developmental milestones.
Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Team Collaboration:

Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Ensure the clinical team implements programs with fidelity and maintains high standards of care.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills across settings.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ALS policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards.
Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis to incorporate best practices into treatment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
