Summary
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Diamond Health Medical Care Center, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior changes.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavior analysis.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Proficient in data collection methods and patient assessment procedures.
