Summary

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Diamond Health Medical Care Center, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior changes.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavior analysis.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Proficient in data collection methods and patient assessment procedures.
