BehaveAbility, LLC is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services in a school-based setting. This is a flexible, impactful role based in St. Louis County, Missouri, including areas such as Ladue and Chesterfield.

Location: St. Louis County, MO (school-based setting, with potential for in-home/community support)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with day and evening availability
Job Type: Part-time (20–30 hours per week) with potential to increase to full-time
Starting Pay: $65 per hour or commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with the possibility of in-home or community-based sessions as needed
Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans accordingly
Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Qualifications:

BCBA or BCaBA certification preferred
Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure required; provisional licensure will be considered
Experience providing ABA therapy for children
Strong communication, clinical, and collaboration skills
Reliable transportation for travel to school sites
