- Full availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR
- 4–5 weekdays Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Compensation: $19.00–$25.00/hour + $2.00/hour increase upon RBT certification

Position Overview
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and occasional center-based settings. This role focuses on teaching essential life skills, supporting behavior goals, and creating meaningful progress through structured, play-based interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Support
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and center settings
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities
- Serve as a positive role model and reinforce progress
- Support children in reaching individualized goals
Session Documentation & Organization
- Track session data and client progress using company systems
- Complete detailed session notes following each session
Collaboration & Family Support
- Work closely with supervising clinicians and BCBAs
- Partner with families to support consistency and progress
- Participate in training and supervision sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children (paid or volunteer; babysitting accepted)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to pass background and health screenings
- Willingness to complete required training and obtain RBT certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children
