Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; occasional Saturdays)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. This role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors through play-based and structured interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Support
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, and behavioral skills through play and structured activities
- Support children in reaching developmental milestones
Session Documentation & Data Collection
- Observe and record client behavior and progress
- Maintain accurate session notes and data collection
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with clinical supervisors and team members
- Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, creativity, and positive attitude
