Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; occasional Saturdays)
Compensation:
- BT (in training): $17.50–$19.00/hour
- RBT: Starting at $18.00/hour (up to $24.50 with advancement)

Position Overview
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans, supporting skill development, and promoting positive behavioral outcomes. No prior experience is required—training and RBT certification support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Support
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social, and behavioral skill development
- Engage clients through structured and play-based activities
Session Documentation & Data Collection
- Track and record client progress during sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with clinical supervisors and team members
- Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children with special needs (preferred)
- Positive attitude and strong desire to make an impact
