- Center-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm
- Compensation: $21-26/hourly

- Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
- Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment.
- Use Central Reach platform for data collection and graphing.
- Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
- Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

- Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.
- Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
- Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.
- Bilingual is a plus.
