Location: Southgate, MI
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Remote Work: 1 day work-from-home option

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Master's degree with ABA coursework - (Required)
- Strong knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) - (Required)
- Valid driver's license & reliable insured transportation - (Required)
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in another language is a plus)
- Ability to take on higher-level management functions when needed
