FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE WITH REMOTE CAPABILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee individual ABA programming for a caseload.
- Design programming and make appropriate clinical decisions that align with BACB Professional and Ethical Code of Conduct.
- Conduct behavioral evaluations, conduct FBAs
- Write and revise treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Communicate and maintain quality relationships with all stakeholders both in and outside of the organization.
- Maintain client confidentiality per HIPPA laws.
- Conduct direct sessions as needed.
- Maintain billable hours.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Positive, caring attitude.
- Registered or willing to register with IMPACT (Illinois Medicaid)
