Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
* Work directly with clients and families, fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring compassionate care
* Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and behavioral success
* Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
* Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Functional Behavior Assessments, etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
* Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
* Experience in developing and overseeing ABA programs
* Strong leadership and mentorship skills
* Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practices
