The position of BCBA/LBA at Pivot Licensed Behavior Analysts, PLLC may include direct service provision with clients and program and treatment planning.
Responsibilities as a direct service provider:
- Provide 1:1 ABA intervention to a learner
- Collect data on skill acquisition programs and behavior
- Write contemporaneous session notes
- Implement behavior intervention plan strategies
Responsibilities as a lead BCBA/LBA:
- Provide direction to teammates and model any protocol changes
- Introduce new programming as necessary
- Modify programs, targets, or protocols based on the client's performance/data
- Conduct assessments for insurance authorizations
- Write up treatment plans for insurance authorizations
Job Types: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $115, with rate negotiable after 6 months.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentials
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Skilled in data collection
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with autism

Pay: From $100.00 per hour
