Your Role as a BCBA at Acorn:
- Lead treatment planning, functional assessments, and program implementation
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and analyze clinical data
- Provide parent training and collaborate with families
- Work across clinic, home, and community settings
- Share knowledge through staff training and presentations
- Contribute to a collaborative, values-driven clinical culture

What We Look For:
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children, teens, or young adults with autism
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a clinical team
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean background check
