Your Role as a BCBA
As a clinical leader, your responsibilities include:
- Designing and supervising individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
- Tracking client progress and celebrating clinical milestones
- Collaborating with families to explain assessments and treatment strategies
- Supervising, mentoring, and training Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Advocating for your clients and identifying potential areas of concern
- Staying active and hands-on with clients (ability to bend, lift, run, kneel, and keep pace with children ages 2–15 is required)
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (or sitting for exam within 3 months — students welcome!)
- Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related diagnoses
- Strong clinical assessment, supervision, and communication skills
- Respect for confidentiality and ethical integrity
- Organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
