🔍 What You’ll Do
- Create and implement individualized behavior support plans
- Supervise and train staff on ABA strategies and interventions
- Conduct data analysis to guide treatment decisions
- Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists
- Maintain the highest ethical and clinical standards
🎓 What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or near completion)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for supporting youth with developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical insight and a problem-solving mindset
