At Shih Applied Behavior Analysis (SABA), we are passionate about delivering evidence-based ABA services to individuals of all ages with autism and developmental disabilities. We tailor every treatment plan to the needs of each client and family—and we’re proud to uphold the highest industry standards.

We’re expanding in San Gabriel and Pomona County and are seeking an experienced, compassionate BCBA to supervise, lead, and make a lasting difference.

🧩 What You’ll Do:

Supervise RBTs/Behavior Interventionists and ensure accuracy in data collection
Conduct fidelity checks to ensure treatment integrity
Create, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Lead weekly or bi-monthly progress meetings with families and teams
Administer assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, FBA) and develop FCT/BIPs
Deliver parent education sessions and in-the-moment coaching
Document evaluations, progress notes, summaries, and clinical updates
Provide ongoing competency-based staff training (BST)
Stay up to date with the latest ABA research and best practices
Collaborate with families, team members, and supervisors professionally
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and treatment planning reviews
Support other clinical duties as assigned

🧠 Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Required)
BCBA certification (Required)
Minimum 3 years ABA experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
Familiarity with PRT, NET, PECS, BST, and other ABA methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical documentation skills
Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable in various environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ABA platforms like CentralReach
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles
Bilingual is a plus
Negative TB test and clear background check (Required)

💰 Compensation & Perks:

Hourly Pay: Starting at $50/hour (commensurate with experience & language skills)
Bonus Potential: Annual performance-based bonus
Flexible Schedule: 15–30 hours/week with shifts available Monday–Saturday
