What You'll Do
- Lead high-impact ABA therapy for children and families
- Collaborate with a team of BCBAs and Clinical Directors
- Guide, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Use the most up-to-date assessments and tools in the field
- Participate in continuous training and help shape clinical practices
Qualifications
- Certified BCBA (required)
- Willing and able to relocate to Denver, CO 80222 before starting
- Passionate about clinical excellence, equity, and innovation in ABA
- Trauma-informed mindset and commitment to client-centered care
- Enthusiastic, driven, and team-oriented
