We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our values and is ready to make a meaningful impact through relationship-based ABA.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavior interventions to support meaningful change
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans based on data and observations
- Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to BTs and RBTs
- Offer training and ongoing support to families, caregivers, and staff
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the whole child
- Stay informed with the latest ABA research and best practices
✅ What You’ll Need
- Active BCBA certification (Required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field (Required)
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities (Preferred)
- Solid understanding of ABA principles, behavioral health, and ethical standards
- Familiarity with HIPAA and professional documentation practices
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for play-based, child-centered care
